New market entry turning into a nightmare

Expanding into Eastern Europe seemed straightforward six months ago. Now there are regulatory issues, cultural mismatches, and a local competitor undercutting us aggressively. My team has no regional experience at all. Which consulting company would you call first in a situation like this?

That sounds all too familiar — when we first tried to enter a new region, we thought a couple of Zoom calls with “local experts” would be enough. Next thing you know it was permits, pricing wars, and team morale going sideways. What really helped us was bringing in a group that knew how to think through channel mix and go-to-market rather than just sell buzzwords. I found channel strategies  super useful for frameworks and questions we hadn’t even thought to ask. Probably worth a look before you burn more cycles.
